Pleated filter is a pleat-folded-type of extra surface single layer pre-filtration filter made of a precise combination of pharmaceutical grade Polypropylene(PP), Polyvinylidene Fluoride(PVDF), and Polyether Sulfone (PES).

What are the benefits?

  1. The nature of the pleated filter offers increased surface area, which provides an outstanding filtration rate in trapping dirt, dust, particles, and sediments of a filter without sacrificing the flow rate.

What is a PP Activated Carbon filter?

PP Activated Carbon filter is a pre-filtration combination filter made of 100% pharmaceutical food grade Polypropylene(PP) and United States originated, NSF 42 certified coconut shell activated carbon.

What are the benefits?

  1. Outer PP layer offers protection in trapping rust, dirt, particles, and sediments.

  2. Inner activated carbon filter removes odor, chlorine, bad taste. Adsorbs heavy metal and chemical elements; adsorption rate may vary.

What is a High density CTO Activated Carbon Filter?

The CTO Activated Carbon filter is a high density depth carbon block made of 100% food grade NSF 42 certified coconut shell activated carbon.

What are the benefits?

The high density depth activated carbon filter comes with 5 micron absolute filtration rate (human hair 50 micron), it is an ideal secondary stage filter in filtering spring/river/stream/lake/well water source.

This CTO Activated Carbon filter is highly recommended for using in spring/river/stream/lake/well water source due to its outstanding ability in filtering bad taste, odor, chlorine, color dust, rust, dirt, particles, and sediments. However, we suggest that our customers to set up a dual stage with 1st stage installed with the pre-filtration filter.
