EXCELPURE Products are covered under commercial product liability insurance,  the original purchaser of this new product ("Product"), that the EXCELPURE shall provide a coverage for defects resulted damage for a period of 90 Days from the date of your purchase of the Product ("Insurance Coverage Period"). This Product must be purchased from an authorized dealer of EXCELPURE brand products and packaged with this warranty statement. This warranty does not cover refurbished Product. If you notify EXCELPURE during the Insurance Coverage Period of a defect covered by this insurance that requires insurance coverage, terms of this warranty apply. This insurance coverage also associates with 90 Days Manufacturer Limited Warranty`s conditions listed above.
