Shipping & Delivery Policies

For Domestic Orders:

  • We offer economy standard USPS First-Class shipping on single pack (1 Unit; exclusions apply)* domestic orders and USPS Priority or FedEx 2 Day One Rate shipping speed on Multi-Pack(≥2 Units; exclusions apply)* domestic orders. This FedEx 2 Day One Rate shipping offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Box or APO/FPO/DPO, and International orders. 

  • Most orders will be shipped within One (1) business day*, unless otherwise stated on the product page under the price of the item. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery time frame (ETA delivery) will be available to you at the carrier`s tracking section after carrier acceptance.

  • EXCELPURE* takes full responsibility until tracking number shows delivered. For orders that tracking shows delivered but customer claimed not received, mail theft, or mail loss, we take no responsibility; however, we could help customer to file an claim with an inspector from United States Postal Inspection Service*.

  • For orders lost during transportation, or tracking shows no movement after 3 weeks of carrier`s acceptance. EXCELPURE would arrange either a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Customer is responsible to provide a secure location and validated address for delivery; we take no responsibilities once tracking shows delivered.

NOTE: For multi-volume, wholesale, and special order may require additional handling and delivery time. In addition, ETA delivery time frame does not apply.

For International Orders

  • All international orders ship via USPS Services that applicable import duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. EXCELPURE is NOT responsible for any delays or additional taxes or fees that foreign customs agencies may impose or cause.

  • It is the responsibility of the customer to contact his/her local customs agency to inquire about the amount of the fees that may apply to the order, prior to purchase.

  • The customer is also responsible for determining whether the items they purchase will be allowed into their respective country. will not allow refunds for items that a customs agency will not allow into the country.

  •`s return and refund policy also applies to our international customers; however special rules may apply since custom charges are often incurred when items are being returned to us from another country. The customer will be responsible for paying any duties/taxes on items they are returning to us.

  • For any international order that is refused or is returned to us because it was not picked up in time by the customer will not be refunded or reshipped.

Expedited Shipping:

  • EXCELPURE also offers expedited shipping service with additional surcharge on shipping.

  • Expedited Shipping fee is non-refundable unless stated.

NOTE: when selecting any expedited shipping service, such as USPS Express or Overnight, your order will be processed and shipped out on the next business day.


  • Business days are Monday through Friday, excludes Holidays.

  • Orders placed on Friday requires extra handling time and will be shipped on next business day. 

  • Single Unit order must be able to fit within standard USPS First-Class Shipping regulated package.

  • Multi-Pack orders must be ≥2 units; excludes Refrigerator Air Filters, LG LT700P Water Filter, LG LT800P Water Filter, and Coffee Filters.

  • United States Postal Inspection Service is a federal organization since the USPS mails are consider as federal mail; Mail theft on federal mail is considered as an felony.

  • EXCELPURE will be labeled as "We" within this page. We, represents EXCELPURE.

NOTE: Estimated delivery time is just an estimated delivery time frame; since we have no control over the packages, if package delayed due to transportation issue or in transit, EXCELPURE shall remain unaccountable.
